- Architected and shipped a financial-literacy game to 1,200+ users in two months, leading a 3-person team across Azure and ICP mainnet.
- Built the Web3/AI stack: Rust canisters for identity, achievements, and banking, plus ContRAG over PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and pgvector for adaptive AI NPCs.

- Migrated auth from Clerk to Supabase Auth across three Next.js apps and an Express/NestJS API, with RBAC and Row Level Security on all 47 Postgres tables.
- Cut CI from 20 to 8 minutes with affected-test execution and consolidated validation onto Zod, retiring 20+ validators.
Safety and insurance layer for AI-agent wallets on Arc: holds suspicious USDC, blocks violations before broadcast, and settles covered claims in the same block.
